Refund Policy

We do not provide exchange, refund, or replacement on any change of mind purchases. All refunds / returns requests must be authorised by a Mystic Cauldron representative prior to the product being sent back.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging all goods safely and securely. If a product has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately (no later than seven (7) days from delivery), via our email info@mysticcauldronstore.com.au with a description of your purchase and please attach a photo of the damage product and packaging. You will be contacted with an outcome, where you may be offered a refund or credit placed on your account. If it has been determined that the product has been damaged by you in any way or the request is after the seven-day period, a refund will not be issued. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please note that Credit Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be applied to your Credit Card Statement.

Product Portrayal and Colour Discrepancy

While we take every effort to portray our products colour accurately, please note that all computer and phone screen setting may vary and can affect the way they appear. We cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies of our products.
