Warranty Policy

Jewellery Pieces

Your Jewellery is warranted for a 3 month period from the date of shipping against any defect, or if the piece arrives in a less than perfect condition due to shipping mishandling. This warranty does not cover scratches, dullness of stones and metal findings or any jewellery that has been lost, stolen, dropped, or damaged in any other way after delivery.

Repair or replacement of any piece is at the discretion of Mystic Cauldron. Charges may apply for the repair of a piece that has been deemed outside of this warranty policy and terms.

When a repair of a piece has been completed under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining warranty term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply to your piece.

All Mystic Cauldron jewellery pieces are delicate by nature and should be worn with care. All pieces should be worn in accordance with our recommendations for care of your piece.

For longevity of your jewellery purchase and to comply with our warranty policy, we recommend removing your pieces while showering, bathing, swimming, washing dishes and any sporting activities, as the semi-precious stones may take on the moisture from their environment and cause damage, decolourisation and may affect the integrity of the piece.

To cleanse, clear and recharge your piece, simply use Sage smoke to cleanse and clear and recharge under Moonlight overnight, or use a Selenite Charging plate.

To claim a warranty on a piece, please contact us at info@mysticcauldronstore.com.au with a description of your claim, a photo of the piece, your order number and contact details, so we can review this for you and give you a result.
