Shipping Options

All parcels are delivered by Australia Post via Standard Post.

Standard Post orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing an order. Delivery by Aust Post may take up to 10 business days depending on the region of delivery.

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

No, we do not have a shop front where orders can be picked up from, we are an Online Store only.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship our products internationally, but we are looking at ways to expand globally.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number linked to your parcel.

How will my purchase be packaged?

We take great care in packaging all goods safely and securely. All of our products have been handmade and are not packaged in any plastics, we only use packaging that is either bio-degradable, recyclable or re-usable, this includes our postage packaging boxes and bags.

How do I contact Mystic Cauldron if I have a concern / query about my purchase?

We love to hear from all our Customers, if you have a question about your order, please send an email to info@mysticcauldronstore.com.au and we will reply generally within 1-2 business days. If your parcel has been damaged or is incorrect in any way, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Does my product have a use by date?

Our products have no preservatives, just all-natural ingredients. We recommend using within a Six (6) month period from purchase. When not in use, please store in a dry, cool place. A good indication of a product past its use by date is smell. Please regularly check your product and if there is a strong unpleasant smell to it, it may be time for a new purchase.

Is there a Warranty on Jewellery?

Your jewellery is warranted for a 3-month period from the shipping date against defects or if your piece arrives in a less than perfect condition due to shipping.  Our warranty does not cover scratches, dullness of stones or metal findings, or a piece that has been lost, stolen, dropped, or damaged in any other manner.

To claim a warranty on a piece, please contact us at info@mysticcauldronstore.com.au with a description of your claim, a photo of the piece, your order number and contact details, so we can review this for you and give you a result. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

My Jewellery broke, can it be repaired?

If this unfortunate event occurs, we are happy to hear from you. If this happens within our 3-month warranty period, we will cover the cost of the repair, but however if this is outside the warranty period, there may be a repair fee. How do I care for my Jewellery?

For longevity of your purchase, we recommend removing your pieces while showering, bathing, swimming, washing dishes and any sporting activities, as the semi-precious stones may take on the moisture from their environment and cause damage and decolourisation to the piece.

To cleanse, clear and recharge your piece, simply use Sage smoke to cleanse and clear and recharge under Moonlight overnight, or use a Selenite Charging plate.
